At the heart of this process, the management of financial performance monitoring tools occupies a strategic position within the group. To support its development, we are looking for a:

Financial Controller

Your mission ###

As a partner in the digitalization of the Finance function, you will build KPI cockpits and dashboards with the business departments that will enable the management of the company's profitability. You will support the Finance & Controlling Business Partners in the preparation and entry of financial data as well as in the preparation of reporting. You are the guarantor of the quality of the data you use and the robustness of your processing. In contact with the field, you intervene regularly with business interlocutors and work towards process improvement. You position yourself as a provider of solutions in a win-win logic. To do this, you will ensure the following missions:

Controlling:

• Support for the establishment of the monthly closing
• Calculation of CCR and monitoring of margins
• Calculation of transfer prices between the different entities
• Budgetary monitoring of our Functional Units

KPI:

• Analysis of commercial performance against budgets and forecasts (sales plans)
• Establishment of the monthly Sales KPI report and acting as an interlocutor for entities for the communication and explanation of results
• Development and improvement of reporting via PowerBI

Finance:

• Monitoring of investments
• Analysis and presentation of transport costs in close collaboration with the shipping department
• Various analyses on overhead costs

Budget:

• Budget manager for the sales, investment, and Functional Units domains

Your skills ###

You possess good knowledge of general accounting. Comfortable with IT tools (Office Suite, Excel essential, BI tools), you master the functioning of an ERP (ideally SAP). Data processing and manipulation is central to this position. Analytical and rigorous, attention to detail is a strength and you know how to manage priorities. A good communicator, you interact with interlocutors in an international context. English is important for this function.

Your background ###

With a higher education degree in finance/accounting/management control, you possess 2 years of experience in management control acquired in an industrial environment.
