Your tasks ###

• Management and coordination between doctors, nursing, the secretariat, as well as patients
• Reception and care of patients
• Appointment coordination as well as general secretarial and administrative work
• Support for nursing in medication and material management, in preparatory talks for endoscopic examinations, blood sampling, and the care of patients before and after examinations
• Assistance during medical examinations, for example during sonography / KM-sonography and functional diagnostics (pH metering, manometry, and breathing tests)

Your profile ###

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with previous experience in gastroenterology desirable
• Open and sociable personality with enjoyment of patient contact
• Team player, flexible, resilient, and motivated
• Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation
