We are looking for a CNC Mechanic 100% (f/m)

The quality and precision of our products enjoy an impeccable reputation in the watch market and in other industries. Thanks to many years of proven expertise in processing hard materials, many customer wishes can be met. The company employs approx. 85 motivated employees in Lyss.

To strengthen our CNC team, we are looking for a cheerful and committed personality to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility:

• Programming GibbsCAM and Recomatic
• Developing new processes
• Improving existing processes
• Documenting processes in cooperation with the technical office
• Introducing RECO department employees to new processes
• Daily routine work such as: setting, operation, control and monitoring of the production machines, gluing workpieces onto fixtures
• Working according to specified process flows
• Manufacturing parts according to drawing specifications
• Quality assurance, e.g. through visual inspection and measurements
• Inventory & error controls
• Simple maintenance and servicing tasks, cleaning of machines according to T.P.M. Level 1

Your profile:

• basic technical training as Polymechaniker EFZ / Produktionsmechaniker EFZ with several years of experience
• Experience in programming 3- and 5-axis CNC machines
• Good knowledge in the area of hard materials is an advantage
• Knowledge of the programming software "GibbsCAM" & Recomatic is an advantage
• Good German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Logical thinking ability and independent way of working
• team player, goal-oriented, reliable and open to new challenges
• Flexibility for 2-shift and, if required, 3-shift assignments.
