What you bring with you;
A completed education
Experience in the construction, craft, or industry sector is an advantage, but not a requirement
A communicative, open, and proactive personality
Sales flair, ambition, and joy in contact with people
Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
Very good Swiss German skills
Other languages are a big plus
Driver's license category B
Entrepreneurial thinking and the will to achieve something

Your tasks;
You will take responsibility for your own area from the beginning.
Recruitment and selection of qualified specialists
Conducting job interviews
Building and maintaining your own candidate pool
Active new customer acquisition as well as support for existing customers
Placement and assignment of temporary and permanent employees
Organization and coordination between customers and employees
Support for your employees during ongoing assignments
Negotiation of wages, tariffs, and conditions
Various administrative activities related to personnel leasing
Sustainable expansion of your own client and employee portfolio
