Senior Executive Assistant Corporate Affairs

Your tasks • You support the Head of Corporate & Public Affairs with organizational, administrative, and coordinative tasks and ensure smooth processes. • You independently plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, retreats, as well as internal and external events. • You professionally prepare presentations, briefings, and decision-making bases and ensure high-quality documentation. • You coordinate appointments, agendas, and pending items and support the follow-up of decisions and measures. • You are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders and guarantee a professional appearance. • You participate in corporate events, visits, and cross-departmental projects and support research as well as the preparation of information. • You contribute ideas for the optimization of processes and contribute to the further development of the company. Your profile • You have a commercial basic education as well as ideally further training as an Executive Assistant or a comparable qualification. • You bring several years of experience in an assistant function at the executive, director, or CEO level. • You work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • Discretion, trustworthiness, as well as a strong understanding of service and quality characterize you. • You convince through your professional appearance, your communication strength, and your high social competence. • You have very good MS-365 knowledge, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, and are practiced in handling modern technologies. • You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and ideally have good knowledge of French and/or English.
