As a certified nursing professional with an additional function in vocational training, you will take on a central role in the person-centered, recovery-oriented support of our patients as well as in the professional development of learners and students. You will actively contribute to their development into competent nursing professionals and shape the future of geriatric psychiatric nursing together with us. Your tasks • You design person-centered, recovery-oriented care and support psychiatric patients in their self-determination and in the pursuit of their individual life goals • You promote and support learners and students from various training areas • You are part of the interprofessional team • You actively contribute to the improvement of nursing quality. Your profile • You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH and bring professional competence and a sense of responsibility to your daily work • You have completed the vocational training course or are motivated to complete it, and you are committed with pleasure to the support and promotion of learners and students • Working with patients in a geriatric psychiatric setting is more than a profession for you - it is a matter of the heart, which you approach with empathy and high social competence • You work independently, professionally and in a structured manner, have very good German skills in speaking and writing and actively contribute to an appreciative team culture Das UPZ As a university clinic, the Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ) is the leading competence center for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region.
