August 2026 Job description As of August 1, 2026 or by agreement, we offer an apprenticeship / continuing education as a Child Care Specialist EFZ (m/f/d) (shortened basic training). Are you a motivated and self-confident person who wants to learn the profession of Child Care Specialist and already have a federal vocational diploma EFZ, Matura diploma or equivalent diploma? Do you also have good oral and written German skills and are reliable, humorous and communicative? Do you have great pleasure and interest in working with children? In your two-year training, you will care for children from three months to school entry and support them in their individual learning and development processes. You will help with the implementation of activities and the design of the daily routine. Furthermore, you will help with household chores and participate in team meetings.
