Fiduciaire Muller Christe & Associés SA, located in Neuchâtel, is looking for an experienced fiduciary accountant to join our professional and committed team. This position is open to an activity rate of 60% to 100%.

Whose missions will be to :

• Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate clients (SMEs) in the canton of Neuchâtel and in Switzerland
• Manage all accounting and administrative needs of clients
• Independently handle mandates for SMEs (accounting including intermediate and annual closings, payroll and social insurance administration, taxes)
• Participate in audits if necessary
• Collaborate on projects and replace your colleagues in mandates
• Preparation of tax returns (natural and legal persons, real estate gains, successions)
• Management of exchanges with tax administrations (claims, appeals, negotiations)

You offer :

A first successful experience within a fiduciary (4-5 years)

Ideally a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting

Asserted skills in payroll and social insurance management

The necessary know-how in taxation (tax return natural/legal persons, VAT returns)

IT skills and a marked interest in new tools

A proactive approach to continuously improve our internal processes

A very good level of English and/or German is a certain asset

Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to combine analysis and synthesis, rigor and method. You appreciate teamwork and have a sense of service.

Responsibilities ###

As an experienced fiduciary accountant, your main responsibilities will include :

• Complete management of accounting for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Preparation of annual closings and financial statements.
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons.
• Advice and support for clients in their administrative and financial procedures.
• Collaboration with other team members to guarantee quality service.

Qualifications ###

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills :

• Degree in accounting or equivalent training.
• Confirmed experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland.
• Good mastery of Swiss accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and client orientation.
• Mastery of common IT tools (MS Office, accounting software).
• Knowledge of French (mandatory); any other language is an asset.
