Job Description ##

As an experienced construction manager, you will take responsibility for our photovoltaic projects, from construction site organization to successful commissioning:

• Independent project management of PV systems on flat and pitched roofs
• Leadership, motivation, and coordination of the assembly team
• Ensuring deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
• Planning and organization of material, machines, and resources
• Installation of inverters, battery storage, and cabling of the modules
• Service, maintenance, and optimization of existing systems
• Interface between planning, customer, and assembly. You maintain the overall overview
• Operating telehandlers, forklifts, and aerial work platforms

We expect ##

• Completed training in a manual/craft field, ideally as an electrical installer, roofer, carpenter, or tinsmith
• Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in the field of solar technology / photovoltaics
• Sound knowledge of project organization and team leadership
• Good German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
• Driving license Cat. B as well as car Cat. BE is an advantage
• Telehandler, forklift, or aerial work platform license recognized by SUVA
