Tasks

• Reception of customers
• Closing-oriented initial/short consultation of private clients (team support) in the core areas
• Account/Payments/Savings
• Pension accounts
• Investing (mediation of prospectus knowledge, custody account openings, receipt and recording of stock market orders)
• Financing (owner-occupied residential property and private loans)
• Recognizing, processing, and mediating customer potentials in all core areas (cross-selling/appointment scheduling)
• Active customer approach within the framework of market development (example: sales opportunities from campaigns)
• Various assistant tasks and general administration
• Reporting to superior position and reporting of competitor observations in daily business
• Taking over special tasks

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or initial banking experience
• Experience in customer contact
