Do you know the Swiss pharmacy market, think entrepreneurially and like to shape and move things? As a Regional Manager, you will further develop our pharmacies in the Winterthur/Eastern Switzerland region economically, qualitatively and personally. You shape the future of the locations together with the managements of your region; you combine economic responsibility with pharmaceutical-medical and customer-oriented quality.

• Shape leadership effectively: You further develop the managements of your region, strengthen their leadership competence and make important contributions to high-performance teams.
• Manage entrepreneurially: You combine economic thinking with a good sense of the situation on site. Relevant key figures and identified levers help you to recognize potentials, set the right priorities and achieve sustainable results together with the locations.
• Further develop pharmacy and customer experience: With a clear focus on the needs of our customers, you strengthen advice and service, further develop the pharmaceutical-medical offering and ensure attractive, high-performance locations. Together with the central specialist departments as well as the locations, you successfully bring strategic initiatives into implementation.
• Shape change and growth: You observe the local market environment, recognize opportunities and developments early on and actively shape changes. In doing so, you accompany the successful integration of new locations and ensure that new impulses have a sustainable effect at the locations and in your region.

What you bring with you

• Education and training: You bring higher education or further training in business administration, retail, healthcare, pharmacy or a comparable direction.
• Market knowledge: You know the Swiss pharmacy market very thoroughly from practice and understand its regulatory framework as well as the relevant economic levers.
• Leadership competence: Several years of experience in leading decentralized or franchised organizations distinguishes you. You develop leaders clearly, verbindlich (binding/reliable) and appreciatively.
• Retail and customer understanding: You combine sound pharmacy knowledge with a strong sense of customer needs, sales, location quality, product presentation and efficient personnel deployment.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: Key figures and business administration contexts as well as affinity for marketing and sales are important decision-making bases for you. From these, you derive priorities and concrete measures.
• Implement effectively: With decisiveness, communication skills and a will to shape, you drive topics and teams forward and ensure sustainable implementation.
• Digital and close on site: You have very good German skills, move confidently in the digital working world and like to be regularly present at the locations in your region. French language skills are a plus.
