Case and Dial Constructor

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Case and Dial Constructor Your mission: Within our development team, you will ensure the complete development of high-end case components. You are technically responsible for your projects and guarantee the robustness, aesthetic quality, and industrial performance of the developed solutions, while respecting quality, cost, and deadline requirements. Your profile: ▪ Engineering or technician training in microtechnology, watchmaking design option, or a degree deemed equivalent ▪ Proven experience of at least 5 years in the development of watch case components ▪ Excellent mastery of the construction of case components (cases, dials, hands, bracelets, buckles, and associated systems) ▪ Ability to support design choices and to collaborate with teams on innovative solutions reconciling aesthetic, technical, and industrial requirements ▪ Mastery of Solidworks tools (or equivalent) ▪ Use of numerical simulation tools is an asset (ANSYS or equivalent) ▪ Knowledge of manufacturing and control methods ▪ Both creative and rigorous approach, with a strong sense of responsibility ▪ Ability to transform concepts into reliable and durable components ▪ Collaborative spirit, taste for teamwork and knowledge sharing ▪ Technical curiosity, openness to new ideas and technologies ▪ Sense of initiative and orientation towards innovation and continuous improvement Your advantages: You will join a design office specialized in the development of mechanical movements and high-end case components.
