Location Genève Availability Immediately Type Fixed-term Reference 41282 Published on 09/07/2026 As part of a fixed-term position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a General Company - Total, a Project Manager Commerce and Technique to lead the offers in close collaboration with the studies office. Job description ### • Selection of cases and opportunity research. • Interface between the Technical Studies Office, the Legal Department, the operational divisions and the company's management. • Development of the real estate network of actors in line with the commercial strategy (Project Owners, AMO/RMO, agents) • Synthesis of files for presentation to the management during internal closures and during the transfer to operational staff. • Writing of offers. • Elaboration of offer presentations and defense of these before the Project Owners/AMO. • Negotiations and contract finalization. • Transfer to work teams. • Organization and participation in events aimed at creating customer relationships and promoting the Company's image. • Ensure the representation of the Company externally. • Monitor market trends and the evolution of the institutional context related to real estate development and translate it into strategy, objectives and action plan Please note that we will only respond to applications that meet the requirements of the position within 10 days, if you have not received a response from us, please consider that we have not retained your application. Profile ### • You hold a HES engineer's degree or equivalent and have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar function in a General Company - Total, in Romandy and particularly in the canton of Vaud. • Endowed with analytical and synthesis skills, you demonstrate autonomy, proactivity and adaptability in all circumstances, • You master with great ease the usual computer tools of the profession (Messerli, MS Project...) • Performance spirit and taste for well-done work, • Sense of relational, ease of integration and benevolent communication, • Excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills Project Manager Commerce and Studies / Fixed-term
