Your responsibility with a view to the corporate goals: * Deputy to the Managing Director * Independently organize and lead construction sites and projects * Acquire new orders as well as advise and look after customers * Lead, instruct employees and plan their deployment * Dispose of machines, equipment and other resources according to requirements * Plan and accompany demolition, concrete drilling and concrete cutting work * Monitor deadlines, costs, quality and project progress * Ensure safety, quality and environmental specifications * Support and advise existing customers as well as maintain customer relationships * Control reports, measurements, time and materials work and billing * Create and control pre- and post-calculations * Maintain project documentation completely.
