STB Personal AG is looking for committed and experienced Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF for assignments in elderly and nursing homes for our customers in German-speaking Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Professional and expert nursing and care of the residents
• Taking over nursing responsibility within your own area of competence
• Implementation and monitoring of nursing processes
• Ensuring a high quality of care
• Management and updating of the nursing documentation
• Cooperation with doctors, relatives and other specialist departments
• Support and guidance of employees in the nursing team

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• Joy in working with older people
• High social competence and ability to work in a team
