Rafting and/or canyoning guide

Responsibilities

• Supervise groups during rafting and/or canyoning activities safely.
• Ensure the preparation and smooth running of outings.
• Provide clear and adapted instructions to participants.
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and current protocols.
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Create a friendly and motivating atmosphere for participants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a rafting and/or canyoning guide.
• Valid certifications in first aid and guiding (for example, SOA, IRF, BPJEPS, DEJEPS or equivalent).
• Good physical condition and ability to work in demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and group management skills.
• Proficiency in French, German or English; knowledge of other languages (German, English, French) is an asset.
• Valid driver's license in Switzerland (category B).
