Your Task ##

As a service technician, you will be deployed internationally at customer sites and ensure the reliable function of the systems and machines.

Your versatile activities include:

• Carrying out service and maintenance assignments for customers at home and abroad
• Analysis of technical faults and independent troubleshooting
• Repairs, revisions, and technical adjustments to existing machines
• Assembly, installation, and commissioning of machines and systems
• Carrying out preliminary inspections and final inspections
• Support during conversions and modernizations
• Training and instruction of customers and operating personnel
• Technical advice and support for customers on-site
• Support in processing service inquiries
• Participation in the planning and implementation of service activities
• Technical support for spare parts inquiries and their clarification

Your Profile ##

You have a basic technical education and enjoy solving mechanical and technical problems directly on-site.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Completed technical training, for example as a polymechanic, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable profession
• Strong mechanical and technical understanding
• Experience in service, maintenance, or mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Knowledge in the area of CNC controls is a plus
• Experience with industrial machines and systems is an advantage
• High quality and safety awareness
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Other foreign languages are an advantage
• Interest in technically demanding, CNC-controlled machines
• High willingness to travel and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Analytical thinking skills and strong problem-solving competence
• Customer-oriented and professional appearance
• Enjoyment in contacting people and working with different contact persons
• High willingness to learn, resilience, and sense of responsibility
