• Providing the infrastructure (assembly material, tools, workshop, break room, warehouse, etc.)
• Supporting the project managers, solving special assembly problems as well as ongoing schedule monitoring
• Ensuring efficient assembly through coordination with project managers, warehouse staff, and work organization
• Ensuring and complying with occupational safety regulations and regular checks
• Checking the current state of construction progress before and during assembly (timing, quantity, optimal resource use)
• Building and maintaining sustainable and trusting relationships with clients, planners, site managers, etc.

What defines you.

• Basic technical training in the field of Heating Fitter EFZ
• Master Fitter Federal Diploma of Higher Education (if available)
• Several years of experience in a similar function
• Customer orientation, service awareness
• Structured work design, good work organization
• Teamwork skills, empathy
• Assertiveness, decision-making ability
• Driver's license B
