Due to retirement, we are looking for a/an Master Craftsman Nursery (w/m/d) starting 1. October 2026 or by arrangement Care and support of incarcerated persons Collaboration in a motivated team Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal specialist services Versatile area of responsibility with production, sales, services and maintenance Qualification as Gardener EFZ ornamental plant cultivation or comparable training, professional experience in sales and production, at least 25 years old Social-pedagogical flair, enjoyment of interacting with people with different life stories and from other cultures Flexibility, resilience, assertiveness and enjoyment of teamwork Clear and respectful communication and cooperation skills Independent and structured way of working Exciting and challenging activities in a progressive and versatile operation with a lot of independence A professional and motivated team Interesting training and further education opportunities Meaningful task in a socially important context For further information, the Head of Agriculture is at your disposal.
