Your area of responsibility

• Leadership tasks: Management of the team in the Bike/Sport department as well as ensuring smooth processes
• Development: Active support, motivation, and further development of employees
• Planning: Ensuring efficient scheduling, deployment, and resource planning
• New assemblies: Careful assembly of new bikes as well as ensuring their flawless functionality
• Service: Careful execution and control of service work and repairs on customer bicycles. In case of uncertainties, consult directly with the customer.
• Training: Annual training on novelties in all our outlets
• Adjusting ski bindings: Precise assembly, setting, and adjustment of ski bindings according to applicable safety standards
• Projects: Co-responsibility for projects as well as participation in the further development of the department

Your profile

• Education: Completed training as a bicycle mechanic or comparable professional experience
• Affinity for sport: Enthusiasm for bikes, sport, and technical products
• Leadership experience: Several years of professional experience and initial knowledge in employee leadership
• Strong communication skills: Clear, structured communication and confident representation of decisions
• Working style: Independent task completion with clear responsibility for the results
• Commitment: High level of commitment and adaptability in everyday work
