Your Missions • Perform move-in/move-out inspections • Manage claims and coordinate related works • Organize and supervise various stakeholders and service providers • Process requests from owners and tenants • Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations (heating, hot water, air conditioning, lighting, elevator) • Ensure the preservation of the building by planning and executing routine works, and by taking all urgent measures to prevent potential damage • Supervise concierge activities Your profile • First successful experience as a technical manager within a real estate agency • Diploma and/or experience in real estate or construction • Developed administrative skills (writing, syntax, spreadsheets) • Excellent level of French, both spoken and written • Comfortable with IT tools; knowledge of the Quorum software is an asset • Team spirit, sense of collaboration and autonomy • Ability for organization, anticipation and planning • Rigor, method and proactivity • Good analytical and synthesis skills Your advantages • 5 weeks of vacation / 6 weeks after 5 years of seniority • Birthday and Ascension bridge days provided, as well as one or two days provided at the end of the year • Flexible hours • 50 % coverage of the TPG Genève subscription / parking spaces depending on the function • Personal scooter • 1 day of teleworking per week after 1 year of seniority • Team activities: boat trips, skiing, Fête de l'escalade, end-of-year party, etc. • Shower available • FelFel fridge and drinks provided (tea and coffee) • Continuous training and participation in seminars encouraged At Spotted, we review your application and, if it matches the sought-after profile, we transmit it directly to our client.
