As a Broker Consultant, you are the first point of contact for all concerns of the brokers and broker customers assigned to you. With your customer experience in occupational pension, you take responsibility for market development, portfolio management, new customer acquisition, and cancellation prevention. As a top specialist, you represent the market view internally in projects and working groups.

• Support and advice for brokers and/or their customers
• Creation of your annual and action planning to ensure goal achievement
• Conducting annual broker meetings and representation at AXA events
• Coordination of activities and ensuring efficient information exchange with other sales units
• Participation in projects

What you bring with you

• (Professional) university degree or an equivalent education with further training in the field of social insurance, pension fund management, Risk & Insurance, or Financial Consulting
• Several years of professional experience in consulting in the field of occupational pension as well as in dealing with brokers and/or corporate customers
• Quick comprehension, high service orientation, strong ability to work in a team and networked thinking, combined with strong communication skills
• Excellent German skills as well as good English skills, French skills are an advantage
