Expert BVG Benefits (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
Are you not looking for the simple case, but for technical depth? In this role, you take responsibility for demanding benefit cases in occupational pensions - where regulatory foundations, legal provisions, medical assessments, and coordination issues with other social insurances come together. You want to truly understand cases, recognize connections, and make well-founded decisions that are tangibly important for our customers.
Our BVG benefit service ensures the professional processing of benefit cases in the areas of disability and death throughout Switzerland. As an Expert BVG Benefits, you are closely connected to pension matters - from examining a possible pension claim to the ongoing support of pension recipients. You ensure that benefit claims are processed correctly, traceably, and promptly. In doing so, not only your expertise and analytical thinking count, but also your intuition for different life situations. You communicate clearly, understandably, and empathically - especially when the subject matter is difficult for those affected to understand.
With us, you will find a varied activity in a dynamic environment with a lot of personal responsibility. We live Flexwork and offer you a hybrid workplace - flexible in the home office or at the headquarters in Zürich-Oerlikon, coordinated with your team. If you combine quality, efficiency, and cooperation and want to actively help shape our benefit processes, we look forward to getting to know you.
