To complement our team at the Reinach travel centre and for replacements in other travel centres, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as a customer advisor with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You advise our customers on public transport offers and ancillary products and actively sell these
• You advise our customers on leisure offers (city trips / event tickets etc.) and sell the corresponding packages / tickets
• You sell and manage products of the ancillary business (shop) and handle Western Union money transfers
• You assist with the processing of customer concerns

Your profile

• Qualification as retail specialist in public transport EFZ, businesswoman/businessman in public transport EFZ or equivalent training
• Experience in selling public transport products
• Good CASA and MS Office skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive personality
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
