For the Prélaz structure, located in the west of the city, we are looking for a director.

Main mission(s)
Assume management of the extracurricular structure in order to guarantee the safety, well-being and quality of services for the children welcomed
Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team
Guarantee and assume the administrative and financial management of the structure
Develop a pedagogical project including families, professional and associative partners
Be the guarantor of the application of the reception concept (downloadable on the website
Profile
HES/ES diploma in Social Work or a title deemed equivalent
DAS in management and direction of educational, social and socio-sanitary institutions (required or to be completed within two years)
Minimum 5 years of professional educational experience in the field of childhood since obtaining the pre-requisite title
Confirmed professional experience in team management
Professional experience in the participatory development of pedagogical projects
Knowledge of the issues related to collective extracurricular childcare, an asset
Proven organizational skills
Leadership aptitude and team spirit
Systemic vision and critical thinking
Excellent command of MS Office tools
Special conditions
Clean criminal records (ordinary and special)
Working time including activity during school holidays
Salary class 11 in the interval of obtaining the DAS
