It supports doctors, associate doctors, group practices, as well as healthcare providers (physiotherapy, osteopathy, psychology, etc.) with sector-specific IT solutions and complete service packages. La coopérative Ärztekasse issues more than 10 million invoices per year on behalf of its clients.

The backoffice processes all requests from clients, health insurance companies, patients, authorities, and other organizations that arrive after billing.

To complete our backoffice team in Kriens, we are looking for:

Backoffice Employee (m/f)

Working time: 100%

Start: immediate or by agreement

Duration: indefinite

Workplace: Kriens

Main tasks

• Processing oral and written client requests regarding accounts receivable management
• Assistance and advice to clients on questions related to the billing process
• Processing electronic invoice rejections by insurance companies and their follow-up
• Manual recording of payments as well as processing of erroneous payments and refunds
• Receiving and processing telephone requests from patients on the patient hotline

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the commercial field or as a medical practice assistant
• IT-savvy personality with excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of TARDOC as well as experience in medical practice administration or in the field of health insurance is an advantage
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
• Team spirit, stress resistance, and flexibility
