Assembly Manager Kitchen Construction

For almost 50 years, BISAG Küchenbau AG has stood for customer-oriented and custom-made fitted kitchens. Our customers are individually and competently advised by our specialist staff. As a solid, innovative, and future-oriented family business with around 15 employees, we place great value on quality, reliability, and personal cooperation.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, strong-leadership personality as an Assembly Manager Kitchen Construction, starting immediately or by arrangement.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Technical leadership, management, and coordination of our external assembly partners
• Planning and scheduling of assembly assignments in cooperation with our partner companies
• Coordination of assembly processes and ensuring smooth construction site progress
• Control of professional, on-time, and qualitatively flawless assembly
• Quality control and acceptance of the assembled kitchens
• Contact person on-site for customers, construction management, assemblers, and other trades involved in construction
• Organization and coordination in the event of deviations, defects, or short-term changes
• Close cooperation with project planning, sales, and suppliers
• Assessment, selection, and ongoing further development of our external assembly partners
• Documentation of assembly and quality processes

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter, kitchen assembler, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in kitchen assembly
• Ideally experience in the coordination or technical leadership of assembly partners
• Good technical understanding and a strong sense of quality
• Organizational talent as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident and customer-oriented appearance when in contact with demanding customers
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B
• Resilient, team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility
