In this position, you will work as a Production Worker (m/f/d) 100% in day shift operations. You are versatile and will support various areas in production depending on demand.

Tasks

• Support in production according to instructions and in various work areas
• Providing, checking, and preparing material for the production process
• Assisting with simple assembly and production steps
• Keeping workstations clean and ensuring order according to specifications
• Performing quality controls as part of your own activities (visual inspection, simple checks)
• Informing in case of malfunctions or deviations and actively helping to resolve them
• Thinking along with the team: supporting processes so that production runs stably
• Taking over documentation tasks according to specifications (e.g., simple production/inspection protocols)

Requirements

• Experience in production or in a manual/industrial environment is an advantage
• Versatility: willingness to be deployed in different areas
• Reliable way of working and good quality awareness
• Teamwork skills and respectful interaction in daily shift and production life
• Basic understanding of production processes and technical work instructions
• Good German skills (for instructions, safety rules, and handovers)
• Basic technical understanding for simple machine and process environments
• Willingness for day shift (no shift changes necessary)
• Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus (if required in the company)
• Ideally experience with quality or safety standards in production
