To strengthen the project team, we are looking for an independent specialist who accompanies projects from the planning phase through to implementation and successful acceptance, taking on both technical and commercial responsibility.

Your Task ##

• Management and coordination of projects from takeover to completion, commissioning, and acceptance
• Ensuring a smooth handover to the clients as well as to the responsible internal specialist departments
• Central contact person for customers, planners, architects, authorities, and other project participants
• Technical coordination of the involved planning and assembly teams
• Creation, checking, and approval of technical execution, assembly, and revision documents
• Execution and control of technical calculations as well as ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and quality specifications
• Coordination of deadlines, construction site processes, and external interfaces
• Monitoring project costs, processing additional orders, and preparing project settlements
• Participation in construction and coordination meetings
• Active collaboration in the optimization of internal workflows and processes

Your Profile ##

• Completed technical vocational training in the field of building technology, construction, mechanical engineering, or a comparable specialist field
• Further training at HF, FH level or a comparable higher qualification in a technical or business administration field is an advantage
• Professional experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in technical plant engineering, building technology, or construction
• Knowledge in technical planning and in handling CAD systems, for example AutoCAD or Revit
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance towards customers and project partners
• Resilience, teamwork, and a strong understanding of service
• High willingness to learn and enjoyment of diverse technical challenges
