Senior Electrical Engineer/Senior Electrical Project Manager (m/f/d)

• Electrical discipline responsibility: Management, coordination, and processing of electrotechnical trades in the following areas:
• Energy supply (medium voltage, NSHV, generator, UPS, sub-distribution boards)
• Electrical installations (lighting, blinds, lightning protection, grounding, equipotential bonding)
• Fire and danger detection technology (fire alarm systems, gas detection systems, evacuation and alerting)
• Project processing in all phases: Responsibility for electrical planning from the Feasibility Study through Concept, Basic, and Detail Design to the Construction & Commissioning phase (SIA phases 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52, 53)
• Negotiations & interfaces: Independent negotiations with authorities, clients, architects, as well as coordination with specialist planners, suppliers, and contracting companies.
• Team leadership in the electrical department: Technical management, promotion, and support of electrical planners within the project team.
• Submissions & tenders: Preparation of tender documents as well as support of the award processes.
• Cost & schedule control: Preparation of initial cost estimates, cost appraisals, and calculations, as well as monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality in the electrical department.
• Technical documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for electrical, telematics, and security systems.
• Acceptances: Organization and accompaniment of expert inspections and acceptances of the electrotechnical systems.

• Completed studies as an Electrical Engineer FH/BSc, Electrical Technician HF, federally certified electrical installer, or comparable qualification
• Many years of professional experience in the DACH region, including 5 years of experience in the pharma industry with a focus on electrical planning
• Ideally, you have already gained project experience in the following areas:
• Information and communication technology
• Smoke protection and smoke extraction systems
• Security and safeguarding technology
• MSR/Automation
• Entrepreneurial thinking, independent and goal-oriented way of working.
• Confident appearance and convincing communication to motivate and successfully lead project participants.
• Very good knowledge of modern software tools; experience with MS Office, Messerli, Revit, or similar programs
• Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills
• High willingness to travel within Europe.

In this position, you take responsibility for the electrical discipline within demanding pharma projects. You accompany the electrotechnical project processing through all planning phases up to the execution phase/Construction & Commissioning and the handover to the customer. In doing so, you are the central contact person for all electrotechnical matters, coordinate internal and external interfaces, and ensure that costs, schedules, and quality are maintained.
