Due to the growing number of complex and demanding construction projects, we are looking for an experienced and leadership-strong personality to strengthen the team as Project Manager: Construction Management 80–100 % In this key role, you will take responsibility for the successful realization of large construction projects in the residential and commercial sector. You will lead internal project teams as well as external partners, ensure cost, deadline and quality targets, and represent the interests of the client with foresight and negotiating skills. With your expertise and experience, you will make a significant contribution to the further professionalization of the project business and set standards for efficient and sustainable project realization. Your tasks: Independent management and coordination of demanding construction projects from building permit to commissioning (SIA phases 41 to 53) in construction management, GP or total contractor model. Responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality - including active opportunity and risk management Leadership of internal project teams (planning manager, construction manager) as well as control of external partners, contractors and authorities Consulting and accompanying clients throughout the entire process Quality assurance in tendering, awarding, contracts, invoice releases and change management Creation of project and monthly closures as well as securing project success Partnership-based and solution-oriented cooperation with contractors and partners What you bring: Training as a technician HF in civil engineering or equivalent Several years of professional experience (5–10 years) as a project manager in the construction industry with a focus on residential and commercial buildings, possibly also hotel facilities and care facilities.
