Develop prevention and vaccination actions according to current recommendations, and participate in childhood health awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with other specialists (neonatology, pediatric cardiology, pediatric neurology, etc.) in order to guarantee multidisciplinary care adapted to the needs of patients.
Update medical files and ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee optimal continuity of care.
Supervise and transmit expertise to young doctors and nursing teams in a continuous training approach.
Qualifications
Medical Degree with specialization in Pediatrics, recognized in Switzerland or eligible for equivalence.
MEBEKO registration or recognition in Switzerland or in the process.
Proven experience in general pediatrics and the ability to manage a diversity of childhood pathologies.
Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude to work with children and their families.
Skills in managing pediatric emergency situations.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different actors in the care pathway.
