For our customer, an international company in the field of fitness and wellness solutions, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement, a: Clerk with French language skills 100% Your tasks: • You process customer orders from order verification through order confirmation to invoicing • Creation of order confirmations, down payments, final, and occasionally export invoices including export documents • You coordinate orders with national and international suppliers and monitor availability as well as delivery dates • Checking accounts payable invoices, monitoring customer payments, and processing leasing inquiries in cooperation with external partners • You maintain customer and article data, process changes, and provide support as a contact person for Salesforce Your profile: • You have completed basic commercial training and bring experience in accounts payable accounting • Independent, exact, and reliable way of working with a high service orientation - Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French, English and/or Italian skills are an advantage • You are proficient in using MS Office applications and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems such as Salesforce • Team player, motivated and resilient personality What awaits you: • A varied and responsible activity in an internationally successful company awaits you.
