SwissCare Züri is a Spitex organization in the city of Zürich and a member of the Spitex Verband of the Canton Zürich. We work according to the principle of relationship-based care. You care for a fixed circle of clients instead of having new names on the tour schedule every day. For our team, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist FaGe (m/f/d), workload 40-100%. We are around 15 people, mostly plan early shifts, and the travel time between assignments counts as working time for us. This is how we constantly improve and grow as a team, together! • Workload: 40-100% • The travel time from client to client counts as working time and is paid • Travel expenses according to expense regulations, service vehicles available • We financially support further training and post-qualifications • Digital documentation and time tracking via app, no paper chaos • A deployment planning that works in everyday life • Predictable shift planning at least 1 month in advance, so that you can plan your private life further • Enough time with the client for empathetic and qualitative care, instead of time pressure Your tasks • Basic and treatment care in the home environment • Support in everyday life • Cooperation in the team, with doctors and relatives What you bring with you • FaGe EFZ or a Swiss-recognized equivalent qualification • Good German skills • Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage • You think ahead and are open to contributing ideas • You work reliably and approach your clients with genuine interest, not according to a checklist.
