Posieux, Switzerland (and home office) \| 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Lead and develop multi-site teams: resource planning, skill development and establishment of a quality-oriented service culture • Build the national organization of user services: design and deploy operating models for central support, facility management, central store and laundry, defining roles, responsibilities and inter-site standards • Pilot the daily service offering: ensure availability and quality of services at all sites, measure user satisfaction and initiate continuous improvements • Govern processes and digitalization: implement logistical processes (ProLeMo model), support the introduction of digital tools and ensure traceability of flows • Represent the domain and pilot service providers: define outsourcing strategy, negotiate strategic contracts and represent the domain to internal partners and federal authorities <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Education: Bachelor / Master HES in logistics, facility management, hospitality or related field; additional training in team management or project management (IPMA, PMP) is an asset • Several years of experience in a comparable field, with proven experience in management - ideally at the head of decentralized teams • Natural leadership, creative spirit, ability to question existing practices and convince; you are comfortable in construction environments and complex situations • Experience with SAP and Jira; knowledge of the ProLeMo model or equivalent • Very good knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words A rare position, at the crossroads of management and service innovation.
