• Professional experience in a coordinating or planning function

• Good user knowledge in MS Office and Outlook
• Good German skills in speaking and writing

• You monitor and control the available assembly capacities
• In the event of capacity bottlenecks, you organize external support in a targeted manner
• You actively support the team in daily operations
• You work closely with the project managers and support them in the scheduling of construction processes
• You check stages, stage sizes, and schedule programs for their feasibility
• You maintain the master data of the existing subcontractor pool
• You coordinate and assign objects to suitable subcontractors
• You ensure with your forward-looking planning that assembly assignments are implemented reliably and efficiently
