An independent and flexible employee for an international freight forwarding company for the sea freight import sector. Would you like to contribute your forwarding knowledge in a great working environment for approximately 2 months - possibly longer? Vacancy No. 970 ## Tasks ### Are you deliberately looking for a temp position? e.g. until a stay abroad, starting military service/civil service, before a trip abroad, or starting a new job? Perhaps these are your temp tasks until the follow-up solution - 100% workload: arranging import sea freight shipments for a key account (LCL/ FCL) checking the necessary documents selecting transport options (often according to specifications) monitoring the shipments/ intervening in case of changed shipment progress checking the invoices of partners/ carriers general commercial activities Side note: It is not yet conclusively clear... Possibly a takeover (if of interest to you) into a permanent employment relationship is possible. Requirements ### Training as a freight forwarding agent (Speditionskaufmann/Speditionkauffrau), initial sea freight knowledge is a plus (not a must) IT ### User knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Languages ### German: m+s very good English: m+s medium to good French: m+s good (is used regularly) Start date ### possible short-term Work location ### Pratteln Special ### The place of assignment is accessible by public transport/ or there are parking spaces on site.
