Technical Clerk Sales Inside Sales and Deputy Head of Inside Sales & Logistics

TRM Swiss AG distributes high-quality pipe systems, fittings, and accessories for drinking water supply, hydroelectric power plants, and snowmaking systems in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Our products are produced by our parent company, Tiroler Rohre GmbH in Hall in Tirol.

To strengthen our small, efficient team, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and technically interested personality who enjoys taking responsibility and keeping an overview.

Your tasks

• Hub and contact person: You coordinate the cooperation between field service, production plant in Austria, steel trade, sub-suppliers, and end customers.
• Sales and order processing: You process customer inquiries, create offers, calculate prices, and accompany orders from the inquiry to delivery.
• Technical clarifications: You support product-specific questions, check requirements, and develop suitable solutions together with those involved.
• Logistics and procurement: You coordinate delivery dates, material availability, transport, and incoming goods and ensure smooth processes.
• Deputization and co-creation: You support the Head of Inside Sales & Logistics and take responsibility for operational processes and cross-departmental tasks as required.

What you bring with you

• A technical or commercial basic education with a strong technical flair or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience.
• Joy in understanding technical products and familiarizing yourself with our pipe systems and applications.
• Very good IT user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and skill in dealing with different stakeholder groups.
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as the willingness to take responsibility.
• Flexibility and all-rounder mentality: You pitch in, think along, and find solutions even when it needs to be uncomplicated and pragmatic.
• Very good German skills; French language skills as well as experience in order processing, purchasing, or logistics are an advantage.
