• Overall management, project management and coordination of projects and construction projects for cantonal roads and cantonal public transport facilities in all project phases, taking into account the relevant standards and planning guidelines
• Responsible for complex projects for cantonal transport infrastructure facilities in all phases from planning to implementation, as well as overall management as a client representative
• Cooperation with internal and external project teams and responsible for the professional, economical and timely processing of tasks according to multi-year and annual programs
• Maintenance of a constructive and competent cooperation with authorities, commissions, offices, project authors and third parties
• You contribute to an open, collegial working atmosphere and promote the good reputation of the Tiefbauamt towards the outside and inside

Your background

• Completed studies as a Civil Engineer or an equivalent qualification with pronounced knowledge in civil engineering and infrastructure as well as corresponding project experience
• Several years of experience in the field of planning and construction management of transport infrastructure facilities as well as project management
• Holistic and interdisciplinary way of thinking
• Effective communication between team members, contractors, authorities and management
• Ability to make sound, solution-oriented decisions even under stress and with complex problems
• Openness to new procedures and technological developments

The Tiefbauamt ensures a high-performance and safe infrastructure for roads and rails, is responsible for flood protection as well as for the design of natural waters and sets the course for the today's and future mobility needs of our society. In the Transport Infrastructure division, the strategic foundations in the area of mobility are specifically developed. Furthermore, new installations and changes / redesigns of cantonal roads, cycle paths and rail tracks of the tram lines are planned and implemented.
