Your field of action ##

• Direction of the Overhauls & Transformations team in the field of rolling stock & traction of the Brig multi-purpose workshop. Participation in the management team of the Brig multi-purpose workshop department
• Principal person responsible for the technical and timely processing of overhaul work, transformations, and modification orders on thermal and electric motor vehicles and trailers
• Ensure the quality and economic processing of orders, associated with the continuous optimization of processes
• Responsible for the organization and processing of axle machining on the underfloor lathe
• Promotion of collaboration within the team as well as the development of employees

Your profile ##

• Completed professional training in the technical field with solid professional experience as well as management experience
• Knowledge in the railway sector or vehicle maintenance is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge in the fields of mechanics, pneumatics, metalworking, and electricity
• Team player with commitment, conviction, ability to motivate, and flexibility
• Ability to implement through an exemplary role and persuasiveness
