Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) 40 – 50 %

Your tasks:

You will take over the processing of daily incoming invoices including workflow management and actively support accounts receivable accounting – from invoicing to credit management. In addition, you will maintain and manage accounts payable master data in SAP, perform payment runs, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines through regular IKS controls. During part-time absences and during holidays, you will additionally take over the deputy role in accounts receivable accounting.

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training with several years of practical experience
• good PC user knowledge (Windows/Excel/SAP R3)
• structured, exact and expeditious way of working
• service orientation, flexibility, reliability and teamwork skills
• oral and written fluency in German, further foreign language skills are an advantage
