The specialist course Building Envelope has been successfully conducted since 2024 and opens up concrete professional perspectives for people with refugee and migration experience. Around 70% of previous participants subsequently found a position in the primary labor market or an apprenticeship. With a view to continuing the offering, we are looking for an engaged and proactive personality as of December or by arrangement as Course Instructor / Coordinator, Building Envelope and Work Integration, 60%-75% ## Work location: Zollikofen Your tasks ### • You will gradually take over the project coordination of the specialist course Building Envelope and be responsible for its successful continuation. • You will conduct teaching units independently and through team teaching. • You will plan and coordinate lessons, practical assignments, as well as the organizational implementation of the specialist course. • You will accompany and coach the participants and work closely with referring agencies, internship companies, and the Polybau educational center. Your profile ### • You have experience in the planning, coordination, and implementation of educational or qualification offerings. • You have completed training in the field of adult education (at least SVEB 1) or you have corresponding professional experience. • You work independently, in a structured manner, and communicate in a target-group-oriented way with different stakeholders. • Ideally, you have already accompanied or coached people with refugee or migration experience. • Knowledge of vocational training and labor market integration, as well as experience in application coaching, language teaching, or in manual trades, is an advantage. A versatile activity at the interface of education, integration, and the labor market awaits you. Careful induction as well as support from the previous co-responsible person allow for a good entry into the new task.
