Your tasks

• Organization, preparation, and execution of medium-sized to large projects in the Berner Oberland area
• Leading the assembly team and ensuring personnel time management
• Material procurement considering economic efficiency and ecology
• Deadline monitoring and compliance
• Participation in construction meetings
• Coordination and communication with specialist planning, site management, and third-party companies
• Professional advice and support for our customers
• Interface between project management and project execution

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as an Elektroinstallateur:in EFZ or Montage-Elektriker EFZ as well as professional experience
• Motivation and passion to achieve goals together, as well as enjoyment of customer contact, characterize you
• Thanks to your solution-oriented, flexible, and responsible nature, you master even demanding situations reliably and with a sense of quality
• As a team player with high initiative and assertiveness, you are used to leading your employees in a goal-oriented manner
