Managing Director What you will be responsible for You will bear the overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, and financial management of Spitex Stäfa and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will actively shape the ongoing organizational development and continuously develop leadership structures, processes, and collaboration in self-organized teams. In close cooperation with the board of directors, you will drive strategic topics forward and create the conditions for a sustainable and future-oriented development of the organization. You will enable managers and employees to take responsibility, actively assume roles, and constructively shape changes. The further development of quality management, key figure steering, digitization, and organizational processes is also part of your area of responsibility. In addition, you will ensure solid financial management and maintain viable relationships with partner organizations, authorities, and referrers.
