Experienced PROJECT MANAGER (ELECTRICAL PLANNING) sought in Zürich (80-100%)

Do you want to lead demanding electrical planning projects and at the same time professionally develop a qualified team? In this responsible position, you will combine project management, leadership, as well as customer consulting and thus actively participate fully in the further development of the company.

Tasks:

• Leadership of a team with several employees and specialist groups
• Management and coordination of demanding electrical planning projects
• Development of overall concepts for larger construction projects
• Responsibility for project quality, costs, deadlines and resources
• Preparation of rough cost estimates and fee overviews
• Resource planning, support and further development of team members
• Conducting regular team and project meetings
• Advising clients, architects and specialist planners
• Leading or participating in overall planning and working groups
• Maintenance of clients and support in the acquisition of new projects
• Optimization of planning processes + introduction of efficient working methods

Qualification:

• Completed vocational training in the electrical field
• Ideally further education (higher technical college) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in electrical planning is a great advantage
• Leadership experience as PM or team leader in a planning company
• Sound knowledge in the holistic area of building technology
• Confidence in the assessment of complex project processes
• Strong awareness of costs, quality and deadlines
• Negotiation skills with clients and architects
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
