The Stiftung Arkadis is a specialist center for children and adolescents with special health or social support needs. The Special Education Services include Special Education Early Intervention, Speech Therapy and Psychomotorik and offer therapy and counseling for children and adolescents with developmental risks, developmental impairments or disabilities. In doing so, we work closely with the children, their families and their environment. Tasks * Professional leadership and mentoring of the areas of Special Education Early Intervention, Speech Therapy and Psychomotorik * Ensuring high quality as well as the continuous further development of work processes and methods with the goal of offering customer-oriented services * Close cooperation with the Head of Department and the management team as well as participation in the further development of the department * Promotion of an open communication culture that supports creativity, innovation and interdisciplinary cooperation * Cooperation and networking with specialist agencies, professional associations and other relevant stakeholders Requirements * Completed studies in Special Education and several years of professional experience in the special education field * Leadership experience or basic knowledge in leadership are an advantage.
