Your tasks

• Check, process and edit applications in commercial and corporate law
• Responsible for new entries, changes to articles of association, personnel mutations as well as changes of domicile
• Answer diverse questions from our clientele by telephone or in writing
• Participation in section meetings

Your profile

• Completed KV training (notary or administrative apprenticeship an advantage)
• Legal knowledge in the field of commercial and corporate law desired
• Service-oriented, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Excellent German skills (C2) as well as very good French skills (B2)

It serves the constitution and identification of companies. It aims to record and disclose facts relevant to commercial and corporate law and thereby contributes to increasing legal certainty in business transactions as well as ensuring the protection of third parties within the framework of mandatory provisions of civil law.
