Support of the firewall and network environment of our customers Ensuring a high-performance and stable network infrastructure Planning, installation, administration and maintenance of firewall and network infrastructure solutions Ensuring the availability and performance of a global network system including firewall systems in the LAN and WAN areas Development and implementation of security guidelines for the network area as well as the configuration and administration of the network components (switches, routers, FW, proxies, etc.) 2nd-level support for network problems Optimization, error analysis, performance tuning and monitoring of the network environment A successfully completed training as a Fachinformatiker (m/f/d), a degree in the field of IT or equivalent, in-depth knowledge acquired in practice. You bring sound knowledge in the areas of network infrastructure and firewalls. You think in a customer- and service-oriented manner and possess a high degree of motivation, flexibility and commitment. You possess above-average solution competence and strong analytical understanding. You have already gained professional experience. Knowledge of IT processes according to ITIL is seen as an advantage, but is not a requirement. You are enthusiastic about information technologies and the associated latest developments.
