Your tasks ###

• Ensure regular control of interior and exterior spaces ;
• Guarantee the cleanliness and good condition of the facilities (sanitary facilities, common areas, parking lots, etc.) ;
• Quickly report technical breakdowns and malfunctions ;
• Manage alarms and intervene appropriately according to procedures ;
• Coordinate interventions with partner companies ;
• Contribute to offering a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Your profile ###

• Manual and versatile, with good ease for small technical repairs;
• Good knowledge of cleaning and basic maintenance;
• Comfortable with IT and digital tools;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Category B driving license and personal vehicle indispensable;
• Ideally residing in the Bassecourt/Delémont region ;
• Reliable and irreproachable person (criminal record extract and certificate from the Debt Collection Office required).
