Your mission: Coach participants during the InnoPark program with a view to strengthening their employability and accelerating their sustainable return to the job market. Facilitate access to the hidden job market. Your main responsibilities: Individual coaching \\- personalized support, CV optimization, LinkedIn, and professional presentation. Group facilitation \\- leading in-person and remote workshops and moderating peer coaching. Repositioning strategy \\- profile analysis and market targeting. Willingness to take responsibility. Monitoring and reporting \\- measurement of reintegration indicators, documentation of paths, results, and production of reports for the canton (SDE). Your profile: Experience in professional retraining or supporting profiles in career disruption. Proven skills in group facilitation and coaching. Strong appetite for AI and digital tools.
